An unfiltered Spanish single varietal wine vinegar, made in Catalonia from locally produced Cabernet Sauvignon grape wines. The vinegar is carefully aged in French oak, using the solera method, the traditional method used to make sherry. Use it in salads, sauces and with red meat.
